The Bulldog was easy to install and works fine. I have a 1/2 inch water line so I asked for a bracket to fit. I received the bracket in a couple days.
The company delivers not only on a fine product, but also provides great communication and service.

This was easy to install and it seems to work well due to its thoughtful design. The real test will be whether I placed the sensors in good places, should there ever have a leak.
One suggestion for the manufacturer: Include some kind of a printed sign that one could attach to the wall or pipe that explains how to reset the valve (which button to press) and shows (in a diagram) where the pin is located to override the clutch in the event of a power failure. I installed it at my elderly Mum�s house and she will not be able to figure it out unless I�m available. If she calls someone else, a sign would make it easy for them to figure it out. It�s not ideal, but I left the manual next to the unit.

Like what has happened to others, I did not have this in my home when I had a leak detector notify me when I was at work. Luckily I work 10 minutes from home. When I got home, my old water filter burst and 10 minutes of full flowing water got a few feet of my basement carpet wet. If I was hours away, my basement would have been flooded out for sure. I was lucky. The crazy part is I had this item in my Amazon Cart "Save for Later," hesitating because of the price. Needless to say I ordered right after cleaning up the water. The value is obvious: The cost of a full cleanup would have been much, much more than the cost of this device, especially if the leak happened on a high floor. I followed the directions closely and installation was easy. Functionality is great. Press a button and the valve closes, press it again and it opens. Can't be easier. The design of the motor arm operated my valve flawlessly. I got it with 9 sensors, for bathrooms (in cabinets and next to toilets), under kitchen sink, next to washing machine, next to hot water heater and in the water closet with the softener and filters. I tested each sensor and it worked perfectly. I like that it uses a proprietary direct wireless connection so it doesn't matter if WiFi is down, this still works. WiFi is just used for notifications and remote control. That part is where the whole package slips a little bit. The app works and I was able to easily set it up, but it is wonky. It's not a custom app from the company, but a generic app. So instead of an open/close valve button, it's a power on/off button. Not the end of the world. Also, you have to create a "custom scene" to actually allow it to notify you of a shut down. That was a multistep process that was clearly explained in the manual so it does work. The only other issue is I don't see anywhere to get accessories. I wanted to get a wired water sensor to connect to the controller and the battery backup. I don't see it on Amazon. It is listed on their website but there is nothing to click to order it. You can order it on their website when you buy the unit initially, but I don't see where to get it after the fact, which is a missed opportunity. All in all, the is an essential product to have to protect your home and give you piece of mind. I highly recommend this.

This is a fine product that really impressed me. It deserves many accolades, including:
1. Quick shipment
2. Great packaging. Screws needed for assembly are in place with captive nuts that can't be lost or cause confusion as to where they go.
3. Batteries included and installed in sensors.
4. Sensors are already paired to the controller (could be changed later if moved to another controller).
5. Excellent, clear documentation complete with good pictures.
6. Simple installation (no plumbing or electrical work required).
7. No special tools needed.
8. Works exactly as advertised.
It is easy to write a review for this product. I can't think of anything negative about it. I would recommend this product.

I was already pretty much sure I was going to like this product by the reviews that were already out there. I am genuinely pretty handy so upon seeing the installation videos and the pictures of this product I could see that it looked pretty simple and straightforward to use. Let me say this wow I am so impressed not only by the ease of installation and how well this product works but the beautiful instructions that are included with this product step by step how easy it is to follow use and set up. I highly recommend this product for security of potentially saving you thousands of dollars in water damage should you have a burst line in the future. Which could easily happen from hot water tank, a water softener overflowing, a dishwasher hose bursting, a washing machine hose bursting, or any other possibility of pipes breaking in critical areas. Anyone ever wondering about what would happen if they had a burst pipe problem should absolutely consider buying this product it will definitely ease the burden of what if.! I am so happy to have purchased this product I highly recommend it.
