The EcoNet Controls EVC400-MW Matter over WIFI bulldog valve controller easy, DIY installation, fitting over existing levered ball valves with no plumbing modifications required. The standard kit in supports up to 20 sensors, offering flexible protection across your home. With WiFi connectivity, the Bulldog-MW Valve Robot can be monitored and controlled through popular smart home platforms. Featuring high torque and intelligent stroke control, this system is perfect for handling even the toughest valve installations. The product works without a smart home hub or internet connection, right out of the box. It is compatible with popular smart home platforms such as Apple Homekit, Google Home, Smartthings, Amazon Alexa, offering remote access to monitor and shut off your water supply from anywhere using your smartphone.

Exactly what I needed to be able to allow me to shut the water off to our 2nd home while we are gone but allow me to cycle the valve every week or so to keep the toilet traps from drying out

Works exactly as advertised, controlled by home assistant and integrated with my matter water leak sensors. Installation and matter pairing was very simple.

Exceptional Customer Experience

I cant think of a time when I had a better customer service experience. EcoNet’s customer and quality focus was also evident in the great product I received.
It all started when I bought a controller from another company to open and close our main water valve when we are away from home so that we can water our lawn and flowers. Our valve is a little stiffer to open and close than most and the controller we had did not have enough power to close the valve all the way. I wasn’t sure if any controller would work for our situation. In doing my research I came across EcoNet and the Bulldog Valve Robot. The cost was more than some of the other controllers out there, so I was nervous about buying and having another one shipped that may not work for our application, but review after review spoke to the great customer service and high quality product, so I thought I would put it to the test. It was a Sunday morning when I sent an email to EcoNet which included a video of my water line and valve configuration and the challenge I was having to get a controller to work for me. In less than an hour I got a response from Blake thanking me for the email and video and indicating that the Bulldog would work for my installation.
So I placed my order, which was followed up with an email giving me an update on the shipping process as well as instructions, including videos on how to install the Bulldog when I receive it.
Delivery was quick, and upon opening the box it was evident that it was a higher quality product and design than others. Having already watched the videos ahead of time, I had the Bulldog installed in about 10 minutes. I loaded the app to control it, which worked immediately, then the moment of truth - fully closed, fully open, first try !
No fine tuning, no adjustments, with a great and solid fitment.
We recently went out of town with peace of mind and confidence in the Bulldog, which has worked perfectly for us.
