With free shipping, delivery will take 3 to 7 business days to arrive, and with expedited shipping delivery will take 2 to 4 business days. Note if your location is considered remote by delivery services shipping may take longer.
United States Orders

Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under USD $99 are subject to a flat rate of USD $25.

Expedited Shipping (Paid): Available at a flat rate of USD $25, with an estimated delivery time of 2–4 business days. Expedited orders are processed with priority to ensure faster handling and delivery.
Exclusions:
Free shipping is not available for orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. A flat shipping cost of USD $25 will apply to these locations, regardless of order value.

Canadian Orders

United Kingdom Orders
- Flat Rate Shipping: £48 GBP per order.
- Estimated delivery: 6–10 business days
All UK orders are shipped from Canada. Shipping fees are charged at checkout.
Import VAT, customs duties, and any courier handling fees may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
If you choose to return an item, return shipping costs to Canada are the responsibility of the customer.
General Notes & Exceptions
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, holidays, or severe weather).
- Orders shipped to remote or rural areas may require additional transit time.
- For Canadian orders, customs clearance may cause occasional delays. Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Returns & Damaged Shipments
- We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy on most items. Some final sale items are excluded.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the packaging and product to help us resolve the issue quickly.
