By using Econet Controls (“Econet”) products, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks associated with controlling your water valve remotely. Econet is not responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur as a result of using our products (hardware and software), including but not limited to water damage, flooding, and other property damage. It is the user's responsibility to ensure proper installation, maintenance, and use of the products and any related software. Econet products are not guaranteed to prevent all leaks and you should continue to regularly inspect your plumbing system for any signs of leaks or damage.

1.    The user is responsible for the proper installation and maintenance of any Econet products.

2.    The user is solely responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur as a result of using the products, including but not limited to water damage, flooding, and other property damage.

3.    The user agrees to use the products only for lawful purposes.

4.    The user agrees not to attempt to access or tamper with any products without proper authorization.

5.    You will use Econet products at your own risk and assume all liability for any damages or injuries caused by the use of them.

6.    Econet makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, as to the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by any hardware or software.

7.    Econet products should not be used as a sole means of controlling water valves and other safety measures should be in place.

8.    The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Econet for any and all damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of any Econet products.

9.    The user agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the use of Econet products. 

10.  These terms of use are subject to change without notice.

11.  You will indemnify and hold harmless Econet from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of Econet products.

12.  By using Econet products, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these terms of use and agree to be bound by them.
