Repair & Return Policy

EcoNet products are designed for reliable 24/7 operation. However, if any malfunction occurs:

  2. Provide Details: Include your contact info, product model, serial number, and malfunction details.
  3. RMA Process: Our specialists will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) if necessary. Typical repair turnaround is 2–10 days.
  4. Warranty Repairs: 1 Year Parts and labor are covered; return shipping is prepaid.
  5. Non-Warranty Repairs: We will provide a repair cost estimate for non-warranty repairs.

Recommendation: For critical systems, consider keeping spare parts on site.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not completely satisfied, return the product within 30 days of the original ship date for a refund or credit. Ensure it’s in new condition with original packaging to avoid restocking charges.

Test or Evaluation Orders

We do not provide demo units but understand testing needs. Place a standard order for testing and contact us if assistance is needed with setup. If the product doesn’t meet your requirements:

  2. If the issue persists, request an RMA# and return the item in original packaging for a refund. Testing is typically allowed for 2-3 weeks.

Warranty

All EcoNet Controls products come with a 1-year parts and labor warranty. Extended warranties are available for select items.
