We live in Canada, and it gets very cold here in the Winter months. We also have a French Bulldog, Birdie, who hates the cold.
Most cold days she tries so lay so close to the fire we are scared she's going to burn herself. She also seeks out any heating vent and will lay over it warm herself up.
We had the idea to add a heating pad to her bed to help her stay warm, and then I had the even better idea to make it a Smart bed (of course).
The heating pad is set up to be motion activated so when Birdie gets into bed, the heating pad will turn on.
I also set it up with a Smart Switch so I can turn it on and off from my phone or the wall.
