Outdoor 2 Kit
Are you doing an outdoor valve installation? Consider upgrading/adding the ODK2 Kit that comes with a sealed enclosure to protect your Bulldog controller. If you plan on wiring the Bulldog controller into your house from an outdoor valve, leave a note on your purchase, or consider adding the ODK1 for pre-configuration. Wired Leak Sensor Kits

Battery Backup

Alternate Mounting Kit
Do you have an unusual, larger, or smaller valve than normal? Consider upgrading/adding the Alternate Mounting Kit to allow the Bulldog motor to mount on your valve. Do you want better access to your Bulldog valve? Consider upgrading/adding a wall mounted emergency shutoff for the Bulldog-JW. With the wall mounted emergency shutoff, you can ensure you have quick access to emergency close your valve in the case of a leak.
Repair/Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with our product or it does not function as expected or required, you can return the product for a refund or credit within 30 days of the original ship date. The product must be returned in its original packing in new condition to qualify for a full refund otherwise restocking charges may apply.
Although we have designed and tested our products and systems for reliable 24/7 operation, the nature of wireless control and automation environment can cause malfunctions. Please contact our customer service department at ph. 1-888-320-9188 or email support@EcoNetControls.com with details of your product or system malfunction. Please provide your contact details, the product model and serial number as well as any details of the malfunction. Our support specialist will review the problem and assist you in providing the best solution for your particular circumstances. If necessary we will provide an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) for the product return. Typical repair turn around time is 2-10 days. There are no charges for parts or labor for warranty repairs and we will return the product with shipping charges prepaid. We will provide a repair cost quote for non-warranty repairs.
